Last week, auto fanatics and advocates from all around the world descended on the Sin City for the Annual SEMA show and Barbadian company Automotive Art was no exception!

SEMA (Specialty Equipment Market Association) puts on their largest show in Vegas every year as part of the Automotive Aftermarket Industry Week. Apart from a vast array of fast cars and girls, the SEMA show displays a wide range of automobile aftermarket products, from performance and racing components to paint refinishing systems like that of Automotive Art.

Automotive Art manufactures and distributes world class, innovative refinish products and has habitually done so with an emphasis on delivering the best colour matching solutions, at the best value to the customer. The company showcased their paint system to thousands of potential customers from the US and across the globe over the 4-day SEMA show.

Executive Chairman and Co-founder, Dereck Foster commented that, “We are always proud to say that whether you’re an individual, a custom refinisher, a small body shop or a large collision repair centre, Automotive Art can provide you with a reliable, affordable, easy to use paint system that gives you extraordinary colour matching, faster job times and a more lasting finish - and this is no exception in the US”

Along with enticing specials and an exceptional team and product, part of that success comes down to crowd pull from two delightful promo girls, headed by Ramona Ramjit-Munoz, an expat and former Automotive Art employee.

Ramjit-Munoz, who currently resides in Las Vegas as a fitness model, says she was thankful for the opportunity, “I’m extremely proud to be working with a Bajan company – especially one that I have history with!”

The girls were a huge hit with the SEMA crowd, signing over 1,000 posters over the course of the 4-day show.

Automotive Art has been flying the Bajan flag in the US since 2002 with its distribution centre in Miami. The company has more recently entered into the US paint refinish category. With just over a year under its belt it has already penetrated 5 states: Florida, Mississippi, Massachusetts, Ohio and South Carolina. This was the company’s first time at the SEMA show.

“First of many to come! We have had incredible success here in Vegas. We’ve made a considerable amount of prospective customers all over the country (US) and have confidently reinforced our brand with our existing customer base. A big thanks to our SEMA team, this is a proud moment for us!” Foster raved on closing the show.

Automotive Art is the leading retailer of automotive aftermarket products in the Caribbean with 9 franchisees and 18 stores. The company distributes in over 62 different countries and is ready to take the US by storm!
